Official terms of use, service warranties, SLA commitments, and acceptable use guidelines governing pc.gcscit.com.

1 Manufacturer Component Warranties (3 to 5 Years)

All individual PC components (Processors, Motherboards, Graphic Cards, RAM, Power Supplies) carry official 3 to 5-year manufacturer warranties.

2 1-Year Free Assembly & Labor Support

Every custom PC built by Gautam Communication includes 1 full year of free labor, thermal paste maintenance, and diagnostic support.

3 24-Hour Stress Testing Certification

Before delivery, every custom rig undergoes rigorous 24-hour hardware stress testing (FurMark, Cinebench, MemTest86) to verify 100% thermal stability.

4 Custom Build Deposit & Cancellation

Custom orders involving specialized component procurement require a 20% advance deposit. Once components are opened and assembled, deposits become non-refundable.

Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with pc.gcscit.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
